NextGen Mentoring

The NextGen Mentoring initiative is aimed at members of family businesses aged 20 to 35 from all over Greece who actively participate in their family businesses. It provides a safe framework for personal development and the management of dynamic issues related to succession and their evolution within the context of the family business.

What should you know before applying for participation?

The NextGen Mentoring program is open to young adults aged 20 to 35 from all over Greece who are interested in taking on leadership of their family businesses in the future. The program is:
